HealthConnect is an exciting community-based medical outreach program designed to "connect" uninsured families with the medical services and health care programs that they need.
The most visible part of the HealthConnect program is a special van which transports health care services throughout York and Adams counties.
All tests and exams ordered through this program are provided free for those who meet program guidelines, and there is often assistance with medical supplies and prescription medications.
To be eligible to participate in HealthConnect services, you must:
HealthConnect is a walk-in service and accepts the last patient half an hour before closing. HealthConnect reserves the right to close any clinic prior to the stated closing time due to excessive patient volume. HealthConnect does not operate on major holidays or in bad weather conditions.
For an updated weekly schedule, please call the HealthConnect office at (717) 851-1689.
