WellSpan Health launches new patient portal in Lebanon County

MyWellSpan offers patients easy, secure access to health care information

WellSpan patients in Lebanon County now have an easier way to manage their health through MyWellSpan, a secure online tool that allows patients to access and manage their personal health care information.

MyWellSpan allows patients to view their personal health care information at any hour of the day through their computer or mobile device.

Patients of WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital and the WellSpan Medical Group in Lebanon County now can perform several tasks with the tool, including:

  • Send a secure message to their physician.

  • View results of their lab and imaging tests.

  • View their personalized information about allergies, medications and immunizations, information that will be updated within the system at physician visits or by request.

Additional MyWellSpan features also will become available to these Lebanon County patients in the future.

Online scheduling will be added to the system, possibly by the end of the year. Other upcoming features include virtual appointments, questionnaires for physician visits and other upgrades.

MyWellSpan is available via the introduction of an advanced, new, electronic medical record system, which allows patients to more easily connect with their care team and allows for better coordination of care across WellSpan’s locations.

WellSpan launched the new medical record system in Lebanon and Lancaster Counties in early May, and will launch it in Adams and York counties in October.

WellSpan Philhaven patients do not have access to MyWellSpan at this time, as they are on a different electronic medical record and are not part of WellSpan’s current medical record conversion.

WellSpan previously offered Lebanon County patients two separate online patient portals, Relay Health for WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital and Medent for WellSpan’s outpatient physician practices. Those users have been sent a secure message inviting them to enroll in MyWellSpan.

Patients may enroll in MyWellSpan at www.MyWellSpan.org, call MyWellSpan Customer Support at 1-866-638-1842 or complete an enrollment form at participating WellSpan facilities.

About the provider search

This search will provide you with WellSpan Medical Group and Northern Lancaster County (Ephrata) Medical Group primary care physicians and specialists. If we don’t have a WellSpan Medical Group physician to meet your criteria, the search will expand to include community physicians who partner with WellSpan Medical Group physicians through the WellSpan Provider Network or provide care to patients on the Medical Staffs of WellSpan’s Hospitals.

If you don't have a WellSpan primary care provider and would like to schedule a new patient appointment with a provider who is accepting patients, just log into your MyWellSpan account, and go to the Appointment Center section. As you progress through the scheduling process, you will be able to see the offices that are accepting new patients in relation to your zip code. If you are not enrolled in MyWellSpan, go to https://my.wellspan.org, call 1-866-638-1842 or speak with a member of the staff at a participating facility to sign up. New patient scheduling not available at all practices/programs.

Already a patient at this practice?

If you already have a relationship with a WellSpan practice, simply log into your account, and go to the Appointment Center section. As you progress through the scheduling process, you will be able to schedule an appointment with any provider or practice that already counts you as a patient. Online scheduling varies by practice/program.
