Ephrata Community Health Foundation, Gettysburg Hospital Foundation, Good Samaritan Hospital Foundation, Summit Health Foundation and WellSpan York Health Foundation are all private, not-for-profit corporations and are exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by the IRS Code.
