At WellSpan Geriatrics, our board-certified geriatricians and specially trained psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers conduct evaluations to assess daily living skills in aging patients. We work closely with families to improve their loved one’s quality of life and keep them safe. From changes in eyesight and hearing loss to Alzheimer's Disease and arthritis, WellSpan Geriatrics can recommend resources both within the WellSpan system and the community to help adults age gracefully and healthfully.
As part of our ongoing goal to make WellSpan services easier to access and use, we will coordinate your care through MyWellSpan, our secure online tool. Use MyWellSpan to manage your appointments, review lab and imaging study results, communicate with your doctor, access your confidential medical records and more.
