Pay Your Bill Online: York & Adams Counties

If you have received care at a WellSpan office or facility located in York County, Adams County or one of the four practices listed below, you can manage associated bill online by creating a secure account on our billing portal. To confirm this option will work for you, we suggest you compare your billing statement to the sample to the right (click to make it larger).

Practices not located in York or Adams counties but that participate in this billing portal include:

  • WellSpan Family Medicine - Thurmont (MD)
  • WellSpan Gynecologic Oncology (Ephrata)
  • WellSpan Maternal-Fetal Medicine (Ephrata)
  • WellSpan Urogynecology & Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery (Ephrata)

How to create an online billing account

To pay your bill online, you will need to create an account on our secure billing portal. Once you've enrolled, you will receive electronic billing statements and be able manage your family's account online. Please follow the steps below to create your account:

  1. Locate the account number listed on your statement
  2. Provide the patient's birth date (mm/dd/yyyy)
  3. Locate the statement date
  4. Provide the amount due
  5. Provide a valid e-mail address and password
  6. Choose and answer the security question.

Troubleshooting Tips:

How to make payments on multiple accounts:

    1. Check the "Pay Multiple Accounts" box.
    2. Enter the account number and amount due for each account.
    3. Click "Add Rows" and enter the information as instructed.

Matching names: When enrolling for an online account, make sure the name you enter online matches your name on your billing statement.

Password creation: Your password must be a minimum of eight characters and must contain at least two letters and two numbers.

Billing exceptions: At this time, we cannot accept online payments for Apple Hill Surgical Center or WellSpan VNA Home Care.

Minimum browser requirements: Internet Explorer 7 and above is recommended.

About the provider search

This search will provide you with WellSpan Medical Group and Northern Lancaster County (Ephrata) Medical Group primary care physicians and specialists. If we don’t have a WellSpan Medical Group physician to meet your criteria, the search will expand to include community physicians who partner with WellSpan Medical Group physicians through the WellSpan Provider Network or provide care to patients on the Medical Staffs of WellSpan’s Hospitals.

New to this practice?

If you don't have a WellSpan primary care provider and would like to schedule a new patient appointment with a provider who is accepting patients, just log into your MyWellSpan account, and go to the Appointment Center section. As you progress through the scheduling process, you will be able to see the offices that are accepting new patients in relation to your zip code. If you are not enrolled in MyWellSpan, go to https://my.wellspan.org, call 1-866-638-1842 or speak with a member of the staff at a participating facility to sign up. New patient scheduling not available at all practices/programs.

Already a patient at this practice?

If you already have a relationship with a WellSpan practice, simply log into your account, and go to the Appointment Center section. As you progress through the scheduling process, you will be able to schedule an appointment with any provider or practice that already counts you as a patient. Online scheduling varies by practice/program.
