Pulmonary & Sleep Support Groups

Life and Breath Club, Chairobics and a Pulmonary Hypertension (PAH) Group meet in York County to support each other in Pulmonary & Sleep related disorders.

Women's Health Support Groups

Support groups are available in York and Adams County for parents of NICU patients, women with PCOS and those who have experienced the loss of a baby or who choose to continue a pregnancy after a poor prenatal diagnosis.

Bariatric Support Groups

Available in York, Adams and Lancaster County, bariatric support groups seek to help patients and the families of those who have had bariatric surgery.

Neuroscience Support Groups

These support groups help care for both patients and caregivers of neurological disorders and conditions available in York and Adams County.

WellSpan Behavioral Health Services

Find behavioral health support for yourself, a family member or friend through WellSpan Philhaven. Care is available in several counties for various conditions and disorders.

Smoking Cessation Support Group

Becoming tobacco free can literally be a life-changing achievement. At WellSpan Health, we understand the decision to quit is the first step in a long path toward a healthier you. Available in Adams, York, Lancaster and Lebanon Counties.

Transplant Support Groups

Currently available only in York County this group supports families and patients going through or who have experienced a transplant.

Ostomy Support Groups

People who have or will have Ostomy surgery, caregivers, family, friends and medical professionals are invited to attend this group in Adams County.

A grief support group to provide a safe and supportive environment to those who are grieving the death of a loved one.
