Medication Therapy

Depending on your diagnosis and lifestyle, medication may be the correct route. Your physician will discuss more with you as well as possible side effects or alternative options.

Therapeutic Injections

Intra-articular and soft tissue injections and aspirations may be helpful for many musculoskeletal conditions. These typically consist of local anesthetic for pain relief and corticosteroids to help treat inflammation. Some of these may be referred to as cortisone shots.

Exercise Plans

Treating the whole body can help manage symptoms and damage. Our specialists will work within your abilities and create a fitness routine that works.

Targeted Nutrition Plans
