Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:
I chose to pursue medicine as I enjoyed science, especially biology and physiology. I enjoyed learning how our bodies function and move. With my love of sports, sport medicine was a natural fit.
What I want my patients to know about me:
I'm a board certified Primary Care Sports Medicine physician with a focus on non-surgical musculoskeletal care. I believe in a holistic approach that encompasses the whole person and not an individual disease or injury. I see patients of all ages including recreational athletes, weekend warriors and youth athletes. I treat acute and overuse injuries, including basic fractures, sprains, strains, tendonitis and arthritis. I'm also trained in sports-related concussion management. I look forward to working with you to maximize your health and function and get you back to the activities you enjoy.
What I do when I'm not seeing patients:
When I'm not in the office or the sideline, I love spending time with my wonderful wife and toddler daughter. We enjoy watching her grow and learn new things daily. I'm a die-hard Penn State and Philadelphia sports fan. We Are Penn State! Fly, Eagles, Fly!
