Men, and those who love them, are invited to take in a free baseball game and get some men's health tips this summer.
WellSpan physicians will offer presentations on topics including maintaining wellness as you age, staying fit, and managing digital devices during a Men's Health Series to be held in June and July at the Clipper Magazine Stadium in Lancaster. The 30-minute health talks will be followed by a Lancaster Barnstormer's game.
All the talks begin at 5:45 p.m. in a skybox at the stadium, 650 N. Prince St., Lancaster. Men may bring their families (up to three guests). Light refreshments also are included.

- Tuesday, June 14 – "Good Vibrations: How to Balance the Buzz of Your Cell Phone," presented by Dr. John P. Shand, psychiatrist with WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital.

- Wednesday, June 15 – "How to be in Top Playing Condition for Life," presented by Dr. Zachary Geidel, a primary care physician who is fellowship-trained in sports medicine with WellSpan Family Medicine – Cocalico.
Learn how to avoid injuries during weekend pickup games, rounds of golf, playtime with kids, and dog walks, while taking care of your muscles and joints.
- Tuesday, July 26 – "How to Stay in the Game until the Final Inning," presented by Dr. Christopher McCarty, a primary care physician with WellSpan Family Medicine – Terre Hill.
Learn the top things you can do to maintain your health as you age, including exercising, eating a healthy diet, and getting the right screenings.
