Keith Noll is a senior vice president of WellSpan Health and its chief administrative officer. As chief administrative officer, he has corporate responsibilities for Supply Chain Services; Plant, Engineering and Construction Management; Public Safety and Security; Dietary and Nutrition; Environmental Services; and WellSpan’s business optimization efforts.
After starting his career at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in 1989, he moved back to his hometown of York, PA in 1998 to join WellSpan Health. He has worked in a variety of roles within WellSpan, including being president of its flagship hospital for ten years.
Keith volunteers his time as a trustee on several community boards of directors including the United Way of York County, York College of Pennsylvania, Penn State York, SPCA of York County, and FEI Industries.
He attended Penn State University receiving a baccalaureate degree with honors in Health Planning and Administration, and then went on to the University of Minnesota’s graduate program in Hospital and Healthcare Administration graduating summa cum laude.
