Ephrata Community Health Foundation is a private, not-for-profit corporation and is exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service Code. Contributions are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by the IRS Code.

We’re here to collaborate with you and your legal or tax advisor to explore the giving option that best fits your needs.

If you wish to donate in honor or memory of someone special in your life, you may do so online by indicating their name in the “honor” or “memory” fields. If you wish to have an acknowledgement sent to a next of kin or the honoree, please include that information.
