What to expect with microblading

Microblading is a semi-permanent tattoo technique where pigment is placed into the skin to enhance the look of eyebrows. A manual tool is used to create feather-like hair strokes with color pigment in the dermis layer of the skin in the eyebrow region. Microblading is semi-permanent; results can last 12-18 months.

Numbing cream will be given to patients who are receiving microblading. With this cream, minimal discomfort is felt during treatment. Microblading is a two-hour procedure during the initial visit. One follow-up appointment is included to accommodate any additional fill-in that is needed.

It is recommended that you get a touchup every year to year and a half to keep your brows looking their best.

What to expect with brow and eyelash tinting

Brow and eyelash tinting are quick and easy treatments using semi-permanent dye. The process adds color, shape and thickness to lashes and brows that are light or uneven.

Eyelash and brow tinting takes approximately 30 minutes, lasts about four weeks and fades naturally.

What to expect with Latisse

If your lashes are thin or sparse, you may also want to consider Latisse, a prescription treatment that lengthens and thickens your eyelashes.

You will apply Latisse to your clean face, along the upper lashes daily for 16 weeks. Your provider will give you specific directions for safely applying it.

Lashes grow gradually with Latisse. Some people start to notice longer lashes after about a month; for others, results take 16 weeks to fully appear. Individual results will vary.
