Medical imaging is used to help diagnose and treat many conditions and injuries. Radiologic technologists use imaging equipment in several ways to take images of bones, organs, tissue and other body structures.
Radiography uses X-rays and ionizing radiation to take images, and our 23-month program teaches students how to use these and other equipment for a career in imaging. Our program is based in a hospital setting and provides a certificate upon completion.

To be eligible for the National Registry Examination, you’ll need to have an associate, bachelor’s or graduate degree from an institution accredited by a mechanism acceptable to the ARRT. Our radiography program offers a bachelor of science degree in radiography through affiliations with the following colleges and universities:
- Bloomsburg University: Bachelor of science degree in medical imaging
- Gwynedd Mercy University: Bachelor of science degree in radiologic technology
- York College of Pennsylvania: Bachelor of science degree in radiography
You’d complete two years of academic preparation through Bloomsburg University, Gwynedd Mercy University or York College of Pennsylvania to begin. After, you would complete our 23-month program to earn your bachelor’s degree.
