For the convenience of family members, light meals and refreshments are available in the Coffee Shop located in the main lobby.
Vending Machines
Vending machines are accessible 24 hours a day for snacks and beverages, are located in the emergency department and the second floor.
The Gift Shop at Waynesboro Hospital has unique gifts for all ages. Gift Shop merchandise includes greeting cards; items for babies and children; fresh flowers; “Get Well” balloons and plush items; scarves and jewelry; handbags; metal wine caddies; Willow Tree figurines; generation frames; Fair Trade items; and seasonal merchandise.
The Gift Shop is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday.
The Gift Shop offers affordable arrangements and bud vases. Both may include a balloon or small plush animal with same day delivery. To place an order for flowers or a gift, please call (717) 765-4000 ext. 5293 or ask for The Gift Shop.
Can't get in to visit a friend or family member in the hospital in person? Send some words of cheer or encouragement to a friend or loved one in the hospital. WellSpan eGreetings are a free service and available for patients at WellSpan Hospitals.
Cell phones and wireless device use is permitted only in the lobbies and waiting room areas.
Free wireless connection and access to the internet via your smart phones, tablets and laptops.
Courtesy phones are located throughout the hospital and may be used for local and long distance calls in the continental United States. Calls should be limited to three minutes.
Chaplain services are available, and a meditation room on the first floor is open at all times.
Lost and found items are left with the switch board operator in the main lobby.
Newspapers are available outside the main entrance.

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) have ranked WellSpan Waynesboro Hospital as 5 Stars for Overall Hospital Quality. The overall Hospital Quality Star Ratings apply across the country based on each hospitals performance across five quality categories including: mortality, safety or care, readmission, patient experience and timely and effective care.

Leapfrog 'A' Grade Designation
The Leapfrog Group is a national nonprofit organization driving a movement for giant leaps forward in the quality and safety of American health care. The Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade assigns letter grades to hospitals based on their record of patient safety, helping consumers protect themselves and their families from errors, injuries, accidents, and infections. In the fall of 2022 WellSpan Waynesboro Hospital earned the highest designation of an 'A' grade. In 2020, WellSpan Waynesboro Hospital was recognized by Leapfrog as a Top Teaching Small Hospital.
