Dr. Hilda Shirk spent her career working with nonprofit organizations, most recently as a consultant providing expertise and resources to Recovery Lancaster to mitigate the public health impact of COVID-19.
She retired as president and chief executive officer of Lancaster Health Center, a federally qualified health center delivering primary care and dental services.
Dr. Shirk also is a member of the board of directors of Landis Communities and the High Foundation and serves on the Lancaster Central Market Standholders’ Review Committee.
