WellSpan Gettysburg Hospital created a dedicated space where patients, visitors and staff members can reflect and renew their spirits as they deal with health challenges and stress.
The healing garden provides a year-round area of renewal that’s an important addition to a facility dedicated to offering hope and healing.
The garden is a tangible example of Gettysburg Hospital Foundation’s Patient Experience Fund. The fund provides financial support for hospital projects and initiatives that directly impact the patient-family-centered experience. Contributions from the Gettysburg Hospital Auxiliary made the healing garden a reality.
The garden features several opportunities to honor a loved one or an important person through a memorial gift.
