Dr. Tucker was a track and field athlete who suffered from chronic back pain. The back pain greatly affected her running ability. She saw several doctors, chiropractors, and massage therapists. Ultimately her track coach diagnosed her with a leg length discrepancy. His diagnosis led her to get orthotics to correct the discrepancy. After using orthotics, the back pain went away. Dr. Tucker wanted to be a physician who treats active people to perform at their highest level.
