WellSpan Family Medicine - Cocalico

My visit was a new patient visit and I was very happy with the service and the visit.

SAW DOCTOR [date] FOR TICK BITE.  TOLD TO WATCH IT - NEXT DAY IT WAS EXTREMELY SWELLED, WITH RED CIRCLES AND STREAKS (THIS WAS ON MY RIGHT BREAST.  MY COMPLAINT IS WHEN I CALLED FOR APPOINTMENT.  1ST TIME AFTER 25 MIN. WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD CALL BACK (THEY NEVER DID, I CALLED BACK 2 1/2 HOURS LATER AGAIN ON HOLD FOR 25 MIN.  SAME THING.  WENT TO WELLSPAN.  DID NOT SEE DOCTOR.  WAS GIVEN PRESCRIPTION AND SENT HOME THAT EVENING IT WAS WORSE AND WENT TO EMERGENCY.

Amy listens to all my concerns and addresses them in a thoughtful way.

Amy is professional yet very down-to-earth.

Treated very well - this was my first visit, so I answered several questions the best I could.

They are both the type of humans I want to deal with EVERY time I'm there.
