Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:
I give much credit and thanks to my childhood family doctor. Growing up in a rural community, health resources were somewhat limited. My family doctor was the go-to guy for nearly everything.
What I want my patients to know about me:
I am very proud and thankful to be part of a terrific team of individuals at Hayshire Family Medicine. Without our staff, we would not be able to deliver the high quality care that we do every day. Our clinical staff and front office staff are what make our office great.
What I do when I'm not seeing patients:
When not in the office or seeing patients in the hospital, I love spending family time with my wonderful wife and our 2 amazing children.

I was in for my yearly well visit and he took his time and went over my recent blood work and compared it to my last blood test. He ordered a blood test of one that he needs to check a few levels that were a little high and see if they have changed since my last test to see if there is something I need to do to lower them.

Dr. Farabaugh is a wonderful provider. He takes the time to explain blood work, etc. In an easy to understand manner. He is always willing to answer questions and provide information for me to improve my health. He always takes all the time I need, never rushes. He is a fantastic provider and I really appreciate him.

Excellent experience. I feel provider and myself have good communication and are on the same page so to speak regarding the treatment of my chronic conditions. I always feel good about my visits.

Do to I was late do to health issue. My wellspan team work to not only get me seen. But also given time to review test that was previously ordered
