I would have liked for the provider to suggest other ways to manage my illness. Nevertheless, I asked about ways that I can prevent aggravating the illness, and then the provider was very responsive with information. I believe this information should have been provided early on in my treatment, which began a over a year ago.

Dr. Ortiz was thorough in her explanations & asked me questions I've never been asked before. By the time my appointment was concluded I actually felt like there may be light at the end of the tunnel. I haven't felt such compassion & inquiring into my issue my entire life.
