Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:
I have always had a passion for medicine, first being a Registered Nurse for nine years and now continuing my education and becoming a Nurse Practitioner. I chose family medicine because I like to be able to form relationships with my patients and watch these relationships evolve over time. I am excited to be a part of the Wellspan team!
What I want my patients to know about me:
I was born and raised in York, Pennsylvania where I began my nursing career. I truly believe in living healthy lifestyles and I want my patients to feel comfortable and confident speaking to me about their medical concerns. Everyone deserves to be treated equally and with respect!
What I do when I'm not seeing patients:
I am an avid sports fan! My husband (who is a CRNA at Wellspan Health) and I have PSU football tickets, so in the fall you will find us at Beaver Stadium or traveling to away games. We have a 3 year old son and a Sheltie named Paterno! We love to travel, play outside, and stay active. In my quiet time I enjoy reading!
