WellSpan Neurosurgery - York

I honestly did need feel taken seriously. I felt like I was being told nothing is wrong with me and there isn't many options left for me , when that is not the case . I didn't feel a friendly nice welcome at all it felt the opposite of that. She did not do much of a job explaining anything . It seemed as if she was annoyed with me and just wanted to get the appointment over with . I felt like since i'm young i'm never taken seriously to begin with . My nursing assistant however was wonderful!!!

Cassie was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful during my appointment.  I highly recommend her!!!

Was so very kind to me!  Very polite and forthcoming.  Could not have asked for better care.

Very cut and dried.  There was little the team was willing to do because of my BMI. There is legitimate reason for my pain, and a surgical procedure to relieve it,but they won't do anything because they consider me too high risk.

A good experience. Appointment was F/U to spinal fusion Original L side severe _____ _____ but past surgery, R side _____ began. Carissa Ramaika ordered a new MRI ,also tests regarding a bladder issue INFECTION. The UTI  challenges are improving w/ meds.

Carissa needs to be more sensitive and compassionate with the patients needs.She does not feel what the patient feels.

She reviewed all my CT scans and MRI's form another provider, explained what she saw on the, and what the doctor would do to fix my issue. Very good experience.

She explained everything to my husband and I very well.  Very thorough!!

I was treated with respect & talked about all my issues with Carissa she was extremely nice with me & my husband.
