Carol Henderson is a welcome addition to the Wellspan Medical Group. I am very impressed with her knowledge as a nurse practitioner with a doctorate degree as well as her listening skills which are outstanding. Welllspan Internal Med Is very lucky to have her!!

Carol Henderson is always looking after my best interests. She answers all my questions and is easy to talk to.

I usually have a good experience with this provider. However, this time she left many of my questions unanswered.

She is amazing, and very professional.  She should get a pay increase.

First Time to the practice. Thinking of changing from my UPMC primary care . Used as a meet and greet. Provider spoke quickly and appeared to be more concerned with time than my history. If I was followed by another specialist provider moved on from any discussion because I was followed by somebody else. I felt more like a number than a person   Honestly, not sure if this practice is a good fit for me I might stay with my UPMC provider.

Carol had never seen my 96 yr old mother before but was polite, professional & thorough in her exam.

My first time seeing this provider. She was very thorough and knew about my past medical history. She took the time to explain things and her thought process. All decisions were discussed, and she listened to my concerns and was able to answer any questions that I had.

All of my experiences with my provider have been very good.

Had a reaction to a prescription tried to get hold of office but couldn't. Talked to Wellspan nurse on call and she said she would relay problem to Carol. I was to receive a callback but never received one.

We reviewed and agreed on moving forward on all Issues needing Immediate attention.
