I appreciate and value the trust patients have in me. I understand that each individual brings a unique perspective and experience to an encounter in the office and operating room.

Dr Winters
Friendly, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, explained a plan of action clearly.
Very understanding and answered our questions
Good
Everything was good
Dr.Winters was personable, listened to my concerns, answered questions and truly provided good relief to help me understand the severity of my issue was not such that surgery would be necessary. He offered me a steroidal shot if I wanted, which I declined - and then noted I could feel free to contact the office if I changed my mind in the future.
Had already looked at my health info before he came into exam room.
Winters is wonderful. I brought up concerns about United healthcare insurance and WellSpan negotiating going on currently. I also brought up concerns about a second opinion and he referred me to another doctor. Winters gave me the time, the empathy, and sound advice I needed to hear. He is supportive and transparent.
