Listens, answers questions, provides understandable information

The provider experience was exceptional, my experience has not been like this in other Wellspan encounters.

Doctor ordered and nursing clinic performed adjustment to pacemaker. It seems to have helped my breathing problem.

Dr. Kosinski has been concerned, open, knowledgeable, respectful, caring. He has explained my issues clearly and shown me x-rays and other data to enhance his explanations. He has gone beyond my expectations to answer a question I had which he did not have an immediate answer to. I feel safe with him.

Explained things well

Very Professional and Cordial. Discussed my medication issues and concerns. Also recommended I complete a Echocardiogram in the near future which we are working on now.

I've never had this physician before but he is a good doctor.

Many thanks to Evie, pacemaker tech who spent a lot of time and care with me to determine cause of pacemaker problem. She coordinated closely with Dr. Kosinski so that he had all necessary information before talking with me (reason why I didn't see him within 15 minutes of appointment time. That was impossible.). Dr. K. Had all info, spent time with Evie and me to do additional adjustments, answered my questions, explained things very complicated things thoroughly. I felt like he truly cared about me and was determined to get things right. It was a pleasure working with him.
