Provider listened and diagnosed the problem and sent a  prescription to the pharmacy for pickup, However, the pharm did not carry the medication so the nurse helped  to find a pharmacy that had the prescription which helped very much.

Danielle is a great listener. When I'm speaking to her she is always engaged and actively listening to my concerns. I always feel she is genuinely concerned for my health.
