Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:
I love talking to people and getting to know them, and I love science. Medicine, especially primary care, is a great mix of these two themes. I've enjoyed helping people to become happier and healthier in their lives.
What I want my patients to know about me:
I will try my best to answer your questions at every visit. My most repeated phrase in the office- "do you have any questions/concerns today or is there anything we didn't address?" I practice evidence based medicine so my recommendations are based in science. I have a very pro-vaccination status and will update your preventative screenings at every visit.
What I do when I'm not seeing patients:
I spend my little free time with my 4 kids (mostly shuttling them to and from activities!) and husband. I love my 2 cats, Buster and Ben, and tolerate the slobber of our bloodhound Bailey. When my kids are in bed, you'll find me curled up with a book. I also love to bake with my children, despite the mess!
