Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:

I was always going to be either a chef or a physician. In the end, medicine won. Taking care of people comes naturally to me. I find a lot of comfort in taking care of others' needs. I believe that practicing medicine is a privilege and an honor.

What I want my patients to know about me:

I have lived on three continents, and so I enjoy learning about customs and cultures. I have been blessed to have the ability to travel extensively.

What I do when I'm not seeing patients:

I enjoy my family. I have small children, so all my time is tied up in looking after them. I am also an avid football fan.
