Doctor came in talking to tech and ignored me. Then introduced himself. Told me to talk fast because I was his last patient of the day. Interrupted me mid story (4 sentences in). Told me I had arthritis "not the worst, not the best I've seen." I already knew I pulled my ham string, I asked why I couldn't put any weight on my knee. I had no pain or swelling when sitting. He told me in a flip manner that I had 3 options, injection, pills, therapy. What did I want to do? I still didn't know what the problem was or what the implications of the choices. Last year I met with Dr. Ashie who was the exact opposite. He was excellent. He told me that it is better to be conservative about the injections. I certainly wasn't going to let Dr. F. Who seems only marginally engaged with my problem do an injection. I am taking Prednisone currently as a result of my visit and if it doesn't help, I will wait for an appointment with [provider name].

Doctor is friendly and easy going. Puts the patient at ease.

It was as always as far as being taken care of a good experience, but am sad to say I'm not sure if this provider saw me before . I have no complaints at all about any of the staff at Wellspan.
