Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:
At a young age, I was taught the importance of helping your neighbor, and I had a strong desire to educate my community. Initially thinking I wanted to pursue a career in Women's Health, I stumbled on family medicine after realizing I actually loved ALL aspects of medicine. The best part about my job is that I get to take care of entire families through all stages of life!
What I want my patients to know about me:
Prevention is the key to good medicine. I hope to build trust with every patient in a 100% judgement-free environment. I want to work with patients to achieve their personal goals for a healthier life.
What I do when I'm not seeing patients:
Spending time with my husband and two (small) dogs, bird watching, gardening, kayaking, hiking, wind surfing when down at the shore, and reading a good book on a rainy day.

I have muscle strain from doing lunges and Dr. Jones looked up proper stretching immediately, printed out the info and even got down on the floor with a foam roller to demonstrate how I should stretch better.
