Dr. Thieme is very respectful. She was apologetic for running behind. I didn't even mind her running behind because you can tell she's attentive to the patients need with answering questions. I can only assume if she's running late it's because she's doing the same thing she does with me to other patients which is answering questions, care to their needs, and explain everything to a more suitable level for the lay person. She is so great, kind and gentle. Shoutout to the medical assistant as well for being very nice. In knowing a potential scary diagnosis, and being cared about by these two women, it helps lower the white coat syndrome. Thank you to both of them for treating me with respect and being so nice and gentle.
