Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:
I chose family medicine because of the wide spectrum of population and practice. I see patients from the moment they are born to the moment they take their last breath. I am grateful and blessed to be able to impact and partake in the care of everyone around me.
What I want my patients to know about me:
We get out of life what we put into it. The way we treat others is the way we ourselves get treated. Medicine and healing is not meant to be a one-way street. It is a bond. It requires a lot of communication, trust and effort from both parties and I enjoy when my patients actively partake in their care.
What I do when I'm not seeing patients:
I enjoy traveling, dancing, trying new foods, exercising, meeting new people and spending time with friends and family.

Dr Jenny Zhu has always been the most thorough Primary Care Physician I have known. We have much longer and detailed medical/health conversations and I have always left feeling that my health was in the very best hands. Dr. Zhu always makes certain that our conversations are ended only when we agree that I am completely comfortable with the topic and the information I received.
