Actually, I had to pursue a career in helping other people like most of us do, but my interest as well was in the science of what makes us go as humans.
What I want my patients to know about me:
I am completely dedicated in helping them with their health care needs. Also never be afraid to ask questions concerning their health however trivial.
What I do when I'm not seeing patients:
I am a dedicated husband, son, and brother. I work on my health, both spiritually and physically, with exercise, reading, gardening and playing guitar.

Dr. Sefter was very nice & seemed to care to a degree. However, I felt that he did not care enough, because, he would not look me in the eyes when he spoke to me. Also, I felt that he was not really listening to me. I have this severe pain in my lower back, traveling down the back of my leg, making my foot numb. It has even changed how I walk. The doctor reviewed my x-rays & MRI results but says everything looks OK. But when I told him about the things I've been researching, he blew me off & made a joke out of it. At least it felt like a joke to me. I don't get offended by much, but that offended me. I just don't feel like he is taking my pain seriously. As a matter of fact, the only physical observation he took of me was to have me sit on the table & test my reflexes. That's it. And then he ordered a nerve study. I just don't feel he is taking me seriously. I am in severe pain every day & I want to know why & how to get rid of the pain.

Very inconsiderate and did not care about assisting me. His diagnosis was quote "I don't know what is going on, heat, ibuprofen, and Hope and Pray the pain goes away". No next step suggestions or possible solutions or treatments. I sepnt less than 5 minutes with the doctor and he had not review my cat-scan prior to the appointment. ...
