Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:
I first sensed the calling to become a physician in the fourth grade. I desired to be able to help people's physical needs in a tangible way. As I pursued that career path, my sense of calling was confirmed as I experienced the rewards of seeing others' lives improved through my service to them.
What I want my patients to know about me:
I consider it a privilege to serve patients as their doctor and will do my utmost to give them the best care that I can. I work best utilizing my staff and all the resources within the entire WellSpan system. I view each patient as a unique individual with his or her own specific needs and challenges. I consider it my job to listen to and understand each patient's story, providing them with evidenced-based treatments and therapies, and making sure their experience is both satisfying and helpful to them.
What I do when I'm not seeing patients:
I enjoy spending time with my lovely wife and six grown children. Some of my hobbies include reading novels out loud with my wife, hiking, camping, and watching a great movie with friends. I am also involved in serving in various ways in my local church.

Good. I have been seeing Dr Sneller for many years as I am very comfortable with him. He takes his time with me and listens carefully to any health concerns may have. His bedside manner is one of his strong points.

Always a good experience with Dr. Jon Sneller, he cares, and that means alot to me... He goes over my tests that I had done 2 days before my appt. He goes over the tests that I've had done and with the graphs on the computer shows several years... Great way to progress... Dr. Sneller is a great Dr. And the staff is well versed... I had nurse Dorcas, she is very good, goes over everything before seeing Dr. Sneller... All in all I couldnt ask for a better visit with Wellspan Crossroads and Dr. Sneller...

Dr. Sneller is a wonderful doctor. He is caring, listens well, spends as much time as is needed, explains issues in a way I can understand them, and orders tests or referrals that make sense. He is sometimes running behind schedule but that is because he gives his patients the time they need just like he does for me. I have never felt rushed when seeing him.
