What I do when I'm not seeing patients:
I believe in innovation and continuing to learn new ways to do the same things better. I attend neurosurgery conferences all over the country and read the literature to make sure my neurosurgical practice is up to date with the newest technology and techniques. My time playing Big Ten football at the University of Wisconsin taught me the importance of physical fitness and I enjoy working out and staying in shape. I treat every day I operate as a physical and mental test of my fitness. Traveling for pleasure, meditating, and spending time with my family keeps me mentally fit and ready to give you the best neurosurgical care.

Excellent experience. Saw Dr. Molenda for second opinion regarding condition identified by an outside of Wellspan provider. He listened carefully, reviewed imaging results and the nature of the condition and potential treatment in detail. He was professional and informative. If I decide to move forward with surgery for the condition, I will be selecting Dr. Molenda as my surgeon.

Dr Molenda is a very caring physician. I developed an infection and he has gone to great measures to make sure my infection is clearing up.

I was a mess when I got there I was emotional and was in a lot of pain for along time now . And when I saw my doctor they treated me real real nice I explained my symptoms and my story . I felt safe allowing them to help me . . They show me they cared
