WellSpan Internal Medicine - Red Lion

This was the first time I saw this provider.  The practice is very short on physicians and I do not have an assigned replacement yet (it has been almost 18 months), however I am being seen and taken care of.  I will see this provider again.  She was very easy to communicate with and referred me to a Wellspan specialist for an issue I am having.

Great staff always very niceAnd help in any way they can I don't like the kiosk at all I enjoy talking to somebody rather than a machine.most if the time a patient needs a workers assistant anyway just jeep it the way it was its to hard for the older people.i myself enjoy seeing the staff.

I was upset because I had exrays done and told them I have trouble getting in my portal at times, could they please call me with results? They never did, I even called once with asking about my results and also stopped in, and still didn't get a call back so I still don't know what's wrong with my shoulder!

My provider prescribed a new drug 3 months ago and it is working very well for me.

As a patient with white coat syndrome both the nurse who got me ready for the doctor and the doctor herself put me at ease. I appreciated this.

Very pleasant and easy to communicate with

Kelly is excellent. I hope she doesn't get a job somewhere else like my last PA at this office did. Kelly is an absolute sweetheart, always listens to me, has a fantastic attitude, is very empathetic, and never treats me as less than due to my weight or anything else. The nurse I saw this time was likewise excellent, and almost seemed as though she was screened by Kelly herself, as her attitude and empathy were just as positive!

Very good first time experience with Kelly Aguirre.

She is personable, efficient, and she takes my thoughts into consideration.
