Generally she always listens intently and has great bed side manners however on this particular visit she seemed disconnected and rushed

Very conscientious and kind throughout the visits

I was 20 minutes early. Felt rushed. It was Medicare Wellness exam. Felt like I was fitting in to a full schedule when appt.was made 6 months ago. Left with no regularly scheduled labs and mammogram script. At one point, I was told, "We don't have an hour". Felt that was my cue to ask no further questions or to voice legitimate educated concerns. Return in one year for Annual Wellness Exam. She spent time going over lab results from the day before which was unnecessary because I had already viewed them on portal. When I asked about a consistently mild "high" for bilirubin, she said it was normal for me. Honestly, leaving the office I felt quite disappointed and my legitimate/educated questions/concerns were "brushed off".

Dr. Kibibi is wonderful......very caring.

Dr. Gaughan listened to all of my concerns. I am someone who likes eye contact during conversation and she was typing at the computer the whole time. However, I know that she was listening to me because she was answering each of my questions. She was also running behind so I wasn't too bothered by it. Just shows that's she's great a multitasking and being efficient which I appreciate.

My Doctor had very good news from my blood test results and She showed them all to me .

Dr GAUGHAN is a super physician who has helped care for me for years. I'm a retired RN who expects the best medical there is. I have it with WellSpan. Dr G is a great teacher and kind woman who is so respectful of my concerns.  I thank God  for her and the team

I need to be seen, and did not realize that I could not be seen at another wellspan primary care. The doctor paraded me for making me appointment and how I was wasting her time. She said that she probably wouldn't even get paid but it's too late to cancel because I'm already here and somebody in the front desk screwed up.

I was told I needed a med check at that appointment was told I needed a physical. It feels like a duplicate of services. The physical could have been done at the med check. No one could explain why I had to come back other than insurance likes you to have a physical
