First visit, so a lot of the questions really do not apply, hence the "fair" response.

Kristin listens and is responsive to ones needs. She is proactive and very knowledgeable. Today was the first time I was seen on time at this office. The visits are always effective and efficient.

She takes the time to listen and understands the concerns and issues of being hearing impaired and needing a hearing aid device.  Very knowledgeable about the products and very helpful with providing answers to my questions.
