The physician was filling in for my regular physician who was away. I was impressed with the knowledge that she had regarding my case.

First appt. With Lauralee at pulmonary office. ( appt. Scheduled for new patient appt. Not able to be seen for several months- I was able to see my PCP for CPAP compliance documentation for insurance purpose-new to CPAP and needed documentation at 90 days). Lauralee took the time to review my chart and discuss my OSA and settings changed for CPAP at this visit to -auto, not continuous at 16 Perhaps if seen earlier the setting change would been beneficial for tolerance of CPAP use and getting appt. At sleep lab for fitting of mask.

Lauralee is a new provider after my previous one left the practice. She is friendly and competent.

Lauralee was professional, knowledgeable, caring, good listener and easy to talk with. She answered all of my questions and asked good questions of me to help her determine my proper treatment.It was a pleasure to meet her and I would recommend her to others.
