Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:
I chose a career in medicine because I wanted to do something that makes a difference in someone else's life. I chose obstetrics and gynecology because I am passionate about healthcare for women during all phases of life.
What I want my patients to know about me:
I completed my residency at WellSpan York Hospital and initially moved away to practice. We chose to move back to work at WellSpan because we really enjoyed the time we spent here. We worked with some amazing people and are excited to be back working with them again. I will listen to your concerns and work with you to come up with the best steps forward in your care.
What I do when I'm not seeing patients:
I enjoy spending my free time with my family and my dogs! I also value making time to stay active and healthy. We love to travel whenever possible.

Dr. Diskin recently performed my robotic hysterectomy. This was my first big surgery, and I was thankful Dr. Diskin was my provider as she made me feel comfortable from the beginning. She has a fantastic bedside manner and builds rapport with her patients gaining their trust right away. Dr. Diskin fully answered every question- in person, over the phone, and through MyWellSpan messages and took all the time needed to ensure I was fully comfortable and fully understood. I will continue to recommend Dr. Diskin to friends and family. Thank you Dr. Diskin!

She went above and beyond to work out a care plan for me and worked with my other surgeon to schedule my surgeries together. Her scheduler went above and beyond to do the same thing and make sure I understood everything and that everything was ok with me and worked for me.

She was very nice, professional, and listened to my concerns. She answered all of my questions, and she offered routine care during my urgent care visit which saved me time.
