Lisa is absolutely the best.  She is personable, relatable, and has vast knowledge relating to menopause.  She has a passion for educating women on menopause and would really like to start a support group for women to come together and have the conversations relative to menopause.  However, she is not getting the support or direction to start this support group and I hope that WellSpan will support this endeavor.

I felt very comfortable talking to her.  She really made me feel like my concerns were valid.

I felt a little dismissed when I brought up a change in my health and I was told to make another appointment because "this isn't really something we discuss at a well Woman visit."

I felt that the provider was rushed.  Unfortunately, I neglected to ask a question during the appt so when I left the exam room, I saw the provider entering notes about the visit so I asked my question. The provider seemed annoyed and explained that I would have to be referred for that problem.  I understand that it was my fault and I apologized for the interruption but the provider didn't acknowledge that and continued to be annoyed.

This was my first visit.  She did not have all my medical records, so she worked with me to get them and then communicated with me after going through them.  I felt like she was interested in me and went the extra mile to get the medication I needed.

Dr. Lisa is wonderful! I've only been seeing her a couple years, and just once a year at that, but yet she remembers me. She came into my appointment asking me about my marriage as she knew we were approaching our one year anniversary. I was shocked that she remembered! She is always so friendly with both regular conversations and medical conversations as well. She keeps me informed on the procedures she's doing so there is never any surprises. Knowing I have her for my yearly exams keeps my "gyno anxiety" at bay.

This was my first time seeing Lisa Turner. Over the past few years this has been my 3rd Obgyn I have seen. The previous 2 left the practice. I hope and pray that Lisa continues to stay on at this site she was very professional in all aspects of my checkup. I hope she is compensated well.  In my opinion we need professionals like Lisa. Very impressed not knowing her on my first appointment with her.

Lisa is a wonderfully kindand understanding person.  She always makes me feel at ease.

I asked the provider several health questions. She did not know the answer to any of them.

Lisa provided sample products to address vaginal dryness and talked about diet and exercise and their importance in my care.

The provider was good.  I got in quick on same day for an appt for my issue.  However, I felt a little rushed.  The Physician's Assistant could not spend a lot of time with me, as she stated they are allotted about 15 min per patient.  This was a brand new issue that came up for me and I had questions and concerns that needed addressed.  I waited and she had to come back to talk with me after other patients.  She gave me info from online regarding the issue to read.  But I still had questions.  I asked on the portal some more questions and if I needed to be seen again after the test results came in, but I did NOT get an answer.  That was disappointing.

Lisa is an excellent provider who listens to my concerns and answers my questions.

Lisa is the best!  She has a way of making you feel comfortable just being in her presence. She had a very hectic couple of appointments before me but it never hindered her attention to me or my needs or concerns.

Lisa and her team are very in tune to their patient's needs and make an effort to provide excellent care in a comfortable respectful environment.

Lisa is a great example of what all providers should be.  She listens to my concerns, acts on them and makes sure I'm comfortable with what we discussed before I leave the office.

Excellent at her job, excellent at  communicating, a joy to talk with. Not uncomfortable at all.

I loved Lisa.  She was very personable and friendly and made me feel very comfortable.
