Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:
I chose to pursue a career in healthcare after my grandfather had open heart surgery. I was still in high school at the time and was unsure what I was going to do after graduation. It was not until I visited him in the hospital that I found my passion for helping people. I was inspired by the care he received and I knew that I wanted to pursue a career in healthcare.
What I want my patients to know about me:
I want my patients to know that I will listen to you. I will listen to your questions and concerns as well as take the time to answer those questions and address those concerns. I will encourage you to be an active member in your healthcare.
What I do when I'm not seeing patients:
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. My two favorite pastimes include spending time at the beach and camping.

Somewhat dismissive. Continues to put notes in my chart about things that never happened. Its happened more than once. The last time it happened, I emailed to ask why information was written that was incorrect & was told sorry, theyxd fix it but the exact same thing happened with this last visit. A template is likely used and never edited to reflect accurate information but I find this unacceptable combined with the someone dismissive attitude.
