Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare?:

Growing up, I knew I always wanted to give back to my community and discovered a career in medicine to be extremely fulfilling. Coupled with my love for children and service, I saw healthcare as a valuable way to help those in need.

What I want my patients to know about me?:

As one of my favorite characters on Grey's Anatomy so beautifully stated, " These are the tiny humans. These are children. They believe in magic. They play pretend. There is fairy dust in their IV bags. They hope and they cross their fingers and they make wishes. And that's what makes them more resilient than adults. They recover faster, survive worse. They believe. In Peds, we have miracles and magic. In Peds, anything is possible."

I believe that every child is a miracle. It is my job as a Pediatrician to ensure they thrive and realize their full potential. I know I am tasked with a parent's greatest treasure and I take that with the utmost respect and importance.

What I do when I’m not seeing patients?:

I am always ready for a new adventure. In particular, I enjoy traveling to new places, discovering new foods, and learning about different cultures. My absolute favorite thing to do is making new memories and spending quality time with my family and friends. I would not be where I am today without their unconditional love and support.
