Very personal and listened to my concerns

My provider performed her professional duties in an exemplary manner. She was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and compassionate.

We followed her from her previous practice to Wellspan because of her skill, care, and listening abilities.

This visit was my first since [provider name],, my previous provider, retired. I was very impressed with Paige Welches familiarity with my chart and any medical issues I have.

Paige was wonderful! Very understanding and helpful, she was very kind and explained things in a way that made it easy to understand. Give her a raise, she deserves it!

I followed Paige from Thurmont. For a disabled person with a long and complicated history, Paige remembers everything.  I honestly don't know how she does it, but definitely the best provider I have seen and taken care of me.

This was my first time with "this provider;" it was a very positive experience.

It's very sad that Wellspan is closing the Thurmont office. They are wonderful people who I've known for years and have a trusting relationship with. For people who don't like changes and doesn't adopt well with people has left a bad taste for Wellspan. Quit thinking about money and think about all the people who are effected by closing this facility down.

We feel as if Paige really listens to us and our concerns. She is thorough and knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain treatment options, medications, etc.
