This was my first visit with Dr. Heidelberger. She cares for my mom and I attend the appointments. I have been so impressed with Dr. Heidelberger that I changed PCP to be with her. I am saddened to learn that she is leaving WellSpan. This is the first PCP that shows true care and concern - both for my mom and myself. She treats us as whole people, not just her next patient. WellSpan is losing a gem. As a nurse that has worked for WellSpan for 25 years, it is rare to find a physician with an incredible bedside manner who is organized and thoughtful in their care planning.

I want to say that I've had Doctor heidelberger for years and she is an unbelievably informative compassionate. Assionate consithreat Doctor that I've ever met. And I'm very sad to know that she will be no longer with your service. And therefore I will be no longer with your service. I'm starting to see a new Doctor next month. Thank you

Dr. Heidelberger is a great doctor who actually cares about her patients. Hearing that she is leaving is heartbreaking to say the least. I truly hope that you know what you are doing by letting her leave. She is one of the last of her kind and I feel you are doing an unjust act by letting her go and not addressing the issues of the nursing staff instead.
