Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:
I chose to pursue a career in healthcare because I have always loved talking with people and hearing about their lives. Additionally, I was intrigued by the ideas of lifelong learning and perpetual adaptive change associated with the practice of medicine.
What I want my patients to know about me:
I want my patients to know that I care about them, that I am honored by the privilege of being part of their healthcare team, and that I will always work hard and do my best. My #1 priority is understanding each patient's wellness goals, so that I can assist in achieving those goals.
What I do when I'm not seeing patients:
When I'm not seeing patients, I hang out with my awesome wife, Annie, and our three rambunctious kids. I like to read and write, listen to music and watch movies. For exercise, I jog and do chores around the house.
