Horrible is more like it. Nurse Practitioner walked wearing boots and a leather jacket. Zippers and all.Decided she would diagnose me with something to get insurance approval. Even said she didn't think that was it.

Some confusion on medication prescribed. Got taken care of. I think the medication is helping me. May have uncovered an underlying condition that may have caused the rash I have. We're doing further testing to find out. I'm following the provider's suggestion on diet change.

Rebecca was very thorough. I thought she showed much concern for my overall health. Answered all my questions and was very helpful.

I went in for cold symptoms I was dealing with for over a month, which I still have. I also had a newer onset of a clogged right ear. Nurse was great she got all my info on what was going on. Dr came in and never even pulled me up in the computer. Was only focused on my ear. She never questioned on mentioned or looked at me for the cold symptoms. Said I had wax in ear and sent in nurse to irrigate. After irrigation the dr never came back in to look at my ear again. It felt the same as it did when I arrived for the appointment. I ended up messaging in two days later with no relief. Dr. McDermott then reached out to me and prescribed prednisone thinking I may have had fluid behind my ear due to my cold symptoms. Rebekah was literally only in to see me for 3 minutes. She was in and out that quick. I thought she would be back in after the nurse but never came back. I was not very impressed with her. I am still having trouble with my ear and now I cannot get in until the end of the month in another 2 weeks.

We have been with [provider name] since [provider name] was born have never had any issues. When she left our care has been subpar she was a great loss to the practice. We see [provider name] now and have had no issues however it seems his schedule is a bit overfull causing a problem when getting in to see him.  [name] has had repeated issues with ear infections so being able to get in to be seen is important to us to avoid any long term hearing loss of ear damage. He is visiting the ENT per [provider name] referral again in Feb hopefully to find a resolution for these issues.

Went to get handicap renewal.  She would not fill out and first said it was for people with COPD.  I corrected her. Then she still didn't want to fill it out cause I only seen her twice in the past. She ran said I couldn't have had it for years cause they are renewed yearly.  Had to correct her once again due to they are renewed every 5 years.I have been going to that office for years.  Regular actual doctor no longer at that office.  She then wanted me to see a physical therapist for evaluation?  Don't think a physical therapist can evaluate progressive multiple sclerosis, heart issue among the lengthy list of medical issues.  I told her to pull up my chart , yet she continued to try to get me to see physical therapist?  She needs to be more educated on reading a patient's health history

Nit happy about my original pcp leaving wellspan. The new one was not personal at all. Even took me off a medication that I have been on for years for weight loss. Just was not comfortable at all with her.

She is a fantastic doctor and I would recommend her to everybody.

Overall I have always had a very positive experience with this provider.  At my most recent visit she spent very little time on my mental health medication which I believe needed a more thorough review.
