Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare?:

I entered medicine from a background as a personal trainer, where I helped clients achieve health goals but felt limited in my impact. To make a deeper difference, I pursued nursing for a broader understanding of health. This journey transformed me, leading to my Nurse Practitioner (NP) degree, where I can provide holistic care and empower patients. I'm also passionate about teaching nursing students the core values essential for future healthcare. Ultimately, my goal is to improve health outcomes and inspire wellness in both patients and future providers.

What I want my patients to know about me?:

I believe in listening to concerns and collaborating to find the best paths to health. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing environment where patients feel valued and understood. Your health matters to me, and I’m here to support you on your journey.

What I do when I’m not seeing patients?:

I love cooking and creating healthy versions of my favorite comfort foods. My husband and I enjoy hiking, fishing, and playing golf together. I like watching football, wakeboarding, rock climbing, and weight training. I ALWAYS have several books on a reading rotation, you'll seldom see me without a book in my hand or one downloaded on my phone.
