Dr. Mann is a "cut above". He is extremely knowledgeable and is always informed as to my condition before he comes into the room.

My doctors office closed last August. I had used Dr Mann before when he was at the same office. He caught my husbands severe anemia and got him in with a specialist right away. He's always been a caring doctor. We appreciate him

I am waiting for Dr Mann to discuss a blood test result.  The blood test result appeared in my portal but I don't know what it means.

This was an easy one.  I already knew I had herpes zoster and needed confirmation.  I got it.

Test results I viewed via portal. Someone from office called saying everything was ok & just continue meds . This occurred day or 2 before holiday. Fortunately my Dr was in day after holiday ,saw my results & did emergent referral . Staff member called & told me of referral  but will have to wait til Mon - office closed. I know for a fact there is a team on call 24/7. Luckily nothing happened to me. I feel the office dropped the ball not the Dr .

Dr Mann is very friendly and puts you at ease when you meet with him.

I'm concerned about the cost of a medication he wants me to take.  He took a good deal of time to find a lower cost alternative that in the end my insurance would not cover.  When he had to change the prescription, he made sure to notify me on ways to reduce my costs.  I appreciate him listening to me and taking the time to help me with my concern.
