Great experience, love Dr Shatz!  Very caring!

Very knowledgeable, friendly and discuss all the options and pros and cons as part of the treatment plan

Dr Schatz was very thorough and went up and above with his explanation and assessment with my concerns and recommendationsI transferred from another urology office

Dr. Schwyz took the time to fully understand my situation and my desires. He then completely outlined my options from simple to complex.

Dr did not submit the referral. After 4 days when radiation oncology office did not call I called urologist office and learned referral was not submitted. 2 days later oncology office called to schedule appointment.

I am very pleased with my experiences with Dr. Schatz.  He is personable and caring while at the same time being highly knowledgeable and skilled in his area of expertise.  I am so impressed with him that even though I have moved out of the area I travel 500 miles for my appointments to keep him as my Urologist.

My Urologist, Dr. Schatz replied to me, upon my concern that I thought I may have Urinary Tract Infection, that he didn't think that was possible. He thought all my conditions were normal after surgery. So, I was disappointed that he didn't even order a urine sample for analysis. It turns out that I developed lower abdominal pain and went to my Primary doctor for treatment. Upon doing so, I found out, that I indeed did have a UTI. I feel disappointed in my treatment from Dr. Schatz.

Overall a good experience but an error in taking medicine during the visit was made.   I didn't have my thyroid medicine yet so that takes a couple days to recover hormones again.  The procedure was early so the schedule was thrown off.    I was thinking  they should have given the medication to take home.

Doctor was very caring and explained everything to me.

It's quite an experience going through a cancerous tumor or at least having one go through you and having someone you trust and respect and like going inside your body to remove the cancerous tumor is an amazingly healthy feeling thanks dr Schotz

Office moved from the time of my previous appointment and there was no notification to me until I showed up at the office and saw the sign on the door. I performed the e-check in two days before with nothing stated at that time. I received a notice in the mail three days after my appointment. Very very poor communication!!!
