I 'm so delighted with the care Dr. Schatz and his staff provides me that I bring 2 dozen Dunkin Donuts for the break room. I've very bad experience with UPMC that I was fortunate to be able to transition to Dr. Schatz and his Urology staff. Dr. Schatz removed scar tissue from the neck of my bladder successfully which failed at UPMC. I owe so much to him. It's been 15 weeks since the November operation and I'm still able to function nicely.

Good experience, just slightly painful with the procedure being done. That was expected tho.

I do not see my immediate provider but usually once per yr. She is busy and has capable nurses and bit assistants the relay messages etc. Back and forth!

Very knowledgeable - but had to ask many questions about the procedure & what it would do. Told when to return but provider did not communicate it to attendant to make the appointment. I still don't have an appointment.
